Updates about some new development - May-2015

Hi Friends,

Some updates about the place.
Around 5-6 new bungalows have been constructed in Phase 3 and the new club house is also under construction. There is a 3-4 storey apartment building coming up in phase 3 just next to the new club house, a small garden is also ready in phase 3. Overall good development is happening in phase 3 because of this new apartment. Recently we have taken our family & friends to this place and they just loved it, now we are just waiting for monsoon which is the best time to enjoy out here.

Now that I have owned the place from last two years and made numerous visits I can surely say the developers have maintained the place well obviously some facilities like the boating is not working, artificial waterfall is not active however I will still say all other facitilies are good enough to enjoy.
I think if more owners visit the place frequently and use all the amenities apart from swimming pool even other amenities will be maintained well. If any other member here feel differently then please comment and share your experience.

Updates about Palm Village Murbad project

Hello Everyone,

I am about to own a plot in Palm Village Murbad by Eco Properties. I have visited the site twice and just loved it, my first visit was in May'13 inspite of the soaring temperature the location looked beautiful. Second visit was in June'13 and it was pouring the entire atmosphere was amazing. I and my family just fell in love with this place and without giving third or fourth thought to it we booked the plot in phase III. There are around good 10-15 bungalows already build in phase 1 & 2 and all the amenities of phase 1 is already ready like club house, temple, lake and garden. In Phase 3 one more club house is being built, we were told the construction is on for GYM, swimming pool and mini golf course in phase 3. When we went last time the construction for 2nd club house was 60% done and marking for all plots were ready in phase 3.

I would like to invite all the plot/flat/bungalow proud owners of palm village to this blog and please share your updates, pics, feedback anything about this place or any development nearby. This will help us to be in touch and share any updates about this place which will be helpful for all of us.

Unfortunately I couldn’t find any existing blog hence I am creating a new one, if there is any existing blog then please share it here.
