Updates about Palm Village Murbad project


Hello Everyone,

I am about to own a plot in Palm Village Murbad by Eco Properties. I have visited the site twice and just loved it, my first visit was in May'13 inspite of the soaring temperature the location looked beautiful. Second visit was in June'13 and it was pouring the entire atmosphere was amazing. I and my family just fell in love with this place and without giving third or fourth thought to it we booked the plot in phase III. There are around good 10-15 bungalows already build in phase 1 & 2 and all the amenities of phase 1 is already ready like club house, temple, lake and garden. In Phase 3 one more club house is being built, we were told the construction is on for GYM, swimming pool and mini golf course in phase 3. When we went last time the construction for 2nd club house was 60% done and marking for all plots were ready in phase 3.

I would like to invite all the plot/flat/bungalow proud owners of palm village to this blog and please share your updates, pics, feedback anything about this place or any development nearby. This will help us to be in touch and share any updates about this place which will be helpful for all of us.

Unfortunately I couldn’t find any existing blog hence I am creating a new one, if there is any existing blog then please share it here.

Hoping to see many more owners joining this forum and be in touch.

    Hi Prashant,

    Thanks for writing in. I have bought the plot and all the formalities are done couple of months back. So far the experience is good and I hope all the amenities under construction in phase 2 & 3 should be ready in sometime.     Last week i received letter from Eco about the launch of phase 5 and some other projects I couldn't come over, did you got a chance to visit them?

    Hi..I got the letter too...but was unable to visit them. ..seems like they launched 2 more phases...thanks for the link...and lets stay in touch....they have a facebook page as well where you can register

    Hello everyone,
    We too are a owner of a plot in palm village. It was last may wherein we purchased this plot. The fencing job is still going on which I think so will get over in next 1-2 months time. Though initially we had plans of constructing a bungalow, we are planning to sell off this plot as I am getting transferred to Bangalore soon on permanent basis.     Hi everyone!! In the beginning thanks to Mr. Ranjeev for taking efforts to gather people from common interest called "Palm Village". We too are pride owner of a Plot in Phase 2 but we are bit ahead as our bunglow has reached to 70% completion level & will hopefully receive formal; possession by July 2014. I have no words about Palm Village infrastructure the nature, the architecture & people. I feel that it is much wise decision of my life to become one of the proud member of this project. We purchased plot 3 years back & started construction by mid 2013. We have also visited for a get together arranged for completing 10 years of this project & attended lunch party followed. We visit normally once in a month since we have purchased this plot & dont know what will be our frequency when our bunglow will be ready.
    Anyway ...Iam from Goregaon, Mumbai . Please share your contacts too.

    Congratulations for your soon to be constructed bungalow, i can feel the sense of pride and joy you must be going through. It is no joke to own a bungalow in and around Mumbai, it was a far away dream for me few years back but now I can see it coming true soon. I am from Mira Road Thane.

    Sincere Thanks Mr.Ranjeev. If you are a plot owner & not yet started construction, then Eco Realities(Developer) is arranging one get together of ONLY PLOT owners to inspire for construction of bunglow..As such our 2nd/3rd phase Club House consisting of Swimmig pool, Spa,Yoga Center, Gym & Cafeteria is almost complete but they are purposely delaying balance work as there is no remarkable response from plot owners to proceed with construction contract.. Also, construction rate is hiking steeply. It has already gone 25% up from the rate which we had finalized for our bunglow construction. When have you visited last Palm Village? Now in phase 4 too total 10 bunglows are about complete fully & the Club House there is already 100% complete.

    We are owners of a plot in Phase 4. Construction started in April 2013. Initially we were promised bungalow in 8 months then 12. Now its already been more than a year and still the bungalow is nowhere near completion. Evasions, inefficiency , disregard for the client have all been part of this delay. We have met another owner in Phase 1 who told us his bungalow has not been handed over in a completed state even after 2 years.
    We would like all those intending to build in this project to be careful

      Thanks for writing in and bringing up your concerns.
      If they have promised a deadline then they should deliver on time.

      Such delays are common in construction however that is not an excuse for delaying your project.

      I hope you got the possession. You can update us about it for benefit of all.
